Welcome to Jim Driver: Still Curious.

After a lifetime in music, publishing, festivals and local politics, I realised there was still far too much of the world left to discover.

This channel is about exploring places with curiosity rather than rushing from one tourist attraction to the next. Whether I’m wandering through the streets of Bengaluru, riding a steam train in Wales, discovering hidden corners of Britain, enjoying a vegetarian meal in India, or finding unexpected stories in Paris or Blackpool, I’m interested in the people, the history, the food and the little details that many travellers overlook.

I don’t claim to be an expert. I’m simply someone who still enjoys asking questions, learning new things and sharing the journey.
