🔐 Locked Up But Not Broken | Real Stories from Behind the Bars

Welcome to my channel — where truth hits harder than prison walls. I’m Virginia Sowards, and I spent 11 years in the Florida prison system after a DUI wreck changed everything. What you’ll find here isn’t sugar-coated: it’s raw, real, and sometimes even a little funny.

🎥 From first-day county jail chaos to navigating the women’s prison system, I’m sharing stories no one talks about — what really goes down, how to survive it, and how to come out stronger.

Whether you’re facing time, have a loved one incarcerated, or you’re just fascinated by true prison stories with heart and humor, you’re in the right place.

🗝️ Subscribe for:
• Real-life prison experiences
• Tips for surviving incarceration
• Re-entry advice
• Dark humor, tough lessons, and second chances

This isn’t just about the past — it’s about owning your story, finding redemption, and helping others do the same.
