Full rights to content belong to TYIPE in cases where such content has been:

· Created using the company's own forces and resources: Developed, produced, and/or released directly by employees or under direct commission by TYIPE.
· Initiated and controlled by us: Created based on our original concept, under our creative direction and artistic control.
· Fully financed by the company: Production was funded by TYIPE, as confirmed by relevant contracts and closing documents.
· Distributed on an exclusive basis: TYIPE holds exclusive rights to its publication and distribution on specified territories and platforms.
