Hello, I'm Patryk, from Poland, a country often described as flowing with milk and honey. I'm a chef by passion. My journey into the culinary world began when I first stepped into the kitchen as a young sushi master. It was like a spell - I knew immediately that I wanted to be there every day.

For several years, I expanded my culinary expertise by working in various restaurants. Later, I decided to establish my own diet catering service, delivering meals directly to my clients' doors every day. Unfortunately, after two years, the business collapsed .

Now, I've decided to take on the challenge on YT. I want to transform my passion into something more than just cooking in restaurants for 12 hours straight.
