🌈✨ Summer 2026: The Highlights & The Behind-the-Scenes

What a beautifully messy, bittersweet, creatively fulfilling summer. 🥹💕

This summer was a little bit of everything. I spent more time in nature, deepened my devotion to my artistry, painted, sketched, wrote music, released my single Just Be, sold an original painting, and continued building the creative life I’ve envisioned for myself for so many years.

I also spent precious time with family, traveled, made beautiful memories, and gave myself permission to slow down and actually enjoy the life I’m working so hard to create. 🌿☀️

But behind the colorful photos and creative milestones, there was also grief, exhaustion, difficult family circumstances, uncomfortable conversations, and boundaries that needed reinforcing.

And I wanted to honor those moments, too.

Because life isn’t always sunshine and rainbows, even when you’re intentionally creating a life filled with them. 🌈

If there’s one thing this summer reminded me of, it’s that joy and grief can coexist. Ambition and rest can coexist. And even in the midst of life’s uncertainties, there’s still so much beauty to experience, create, and celebrate.

I’m proud of the art I made, the memories I collected, the love I shared, and the ways I continued showing up for the life I want to live.

Here’s to a summer of creativity, connection, expansion, and all the beautiful complexities of being human.

People Don’t Know How to Let Artists Evolve. 🎨✨

People love putting you in a box.

You’re the singer. The painter. The spiritual teacher. The writer. The activist.

And once they’ve decided who you are, they expect you to stay there.

But what happens when you refuse?

When you decide to explore every facet of your creativity, challenge your own beliefs, reinvent yourself, and express parts of your soul that people haven’t seen before?

Here’s the thing: We are not static beings. We are multidimensional, ever-evolving expressions of life.

And I believe artists, in particular, are here to channel, explore, question, and give form to the divine inspiration moving through us - not confine ourselves to identities that make other people comfortable.

In my latest video, I’m exploring why society struggles to let people evolve, the pressure to remain recognizable, and why reclaiming our freedom to change is an act of sovereignty.

You don’t owe anyone a lifetime subscription to an outdated version of yourself.

A lot of the images we inherit teach us who gets to be magical.

Who gets to be heroic.

Who gets to be divine.

My work exists because I believe those stories were always incomplete.

Because fantasy isn’t just escapism.

Sometimes fantasy is the first place we encounter a version of ourselves - and a future/reality - we haven’t yet allowed ourselves to imagine.

And sometimes, seeing ourselves reflected in magic is the beginning of believing that we belong there, too. ✨

Creating art in its many forms has become some of the most powerful ways I’ve learned to love myself and reconnect with my inner child.

It’s given me permission to play, imagine, create entire worlds, be imperfect, and express myself without needing anyone else’s approval. And somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn’t just becoming a better artist - I was coming home to myself. 💕

Tiny keepers of wonder, Petalborn appear to those who still remember how to notice the small things - the flutter of wings, the shimmer of an insect in the sunlight, a flower blooming where no one planted it, the quiet magic happening all around us.

Most people walk right past them.

But if you’re curious enough, still enough, and just a little bit enchanted by the world…

you might catch one looking back at you. ✨

This little being came to life completely by accident while I was supposed to be practicing drawing a lily. 😂 Apparently my imagination had other plans.
