1. One Company Only - You cannot be a member or trainee of multiple K-pop groups or entertainment companies at the same time. Choose Wavelit or another company.

2. Commitment Is a Must - If you join Wavelit, take your position and responsibilities seriously.

3. Be Active - Participate in group activities, training, evaluations, and assigned projects.

4. Respect Everyone - No bullying, hate, drama, or disrespect toward other members.

5. Follow Company Rules - Read and follow all rules, announcements, and instructions.

6. No Unannounced Disappearances - Inform the management if you need a break or cannot participate.

7. Be Honest - Do not lie about your age, skills, availability, or other group memberships.

8. Respect Confidentiality - Do not leak unreleased songs, concepts, plans, or private company discussions.

9. No False Promises - Do not accept a position if you already know you cannot commit to it.

10. Think Before Applying - Apply only if you genuinely want to train and grow with Wavelit Entertainment.

11. Have petience - Debut can take time so have patience.

8-16 age limit

Our company will not force you to only focus on the group projects. If you have exams, want to focus on studies, you can take a break but need to inform before taking a break.

We will see your vocals, rap and dance (optional)

IMPORTANT: Joining Wavelit means choosing Wavelit. If you want to work with multiple companies, please do not apply.

Ok , so now it's all over.
I was giving y'all motivation for not leaving youtube but I don't think I can give motivation to myself. Literally 13 views in 7+ hrs. I was editing in alight motion so can my edit could look more good. But my 3 hrs hardwork is wasted. Yeah wasted. I will try to upload edits on only when it's any idols birthday. I will talk to you guys, maybe reply too.

I just want to say something honestly. 🙂

I haven’t uploaded an edit in more than 2 weeks, and there’s a reason behind it.

I put so much effort into my edits, even when they’re only 15 seconds long. Sometimes I spend so much time working on one edit, trying to make every transition, effect, sync, and detail right. And when I finally upload it and it flops, it honestly hurts.

It makes me feel like all that effort went unnoticed. And after seeing that happen again and again, I started feeling scared to upload. I keep thinking, “What if I put all that effort into another edit and it flops too?”

I’ve been on YouTube for almost 3 years, and I’m still around 622 subscribers. My subs increase a little and then decrease more.

I’ve already gone through a downfall that lasted for more than 6 months continuously. It finally ended for around 3–4 months, and now I feel like I’m going through another slow phase again.

And sometimes I see people saying things like, “My downfall is so long, I’ll leave,” or “If my subs don’t increase, I’ll leave.”

Honestly, those things hurt me.

Because everyone goes through a downfall. Maybe some people don’t experience one as long as others, but that doesn’t mean someone should give up just because their growth is slow.

My brother started his channel after me, and now he’s already at 544+ subscribers, with views that are way higher than mine. I’m genuinely happy for him, and I’m NOT competing with him. ❤️

But I’d be lying if I said it never hurts to see someone who started later growing faster while I’m still stuck. Sometimes I compare the numbers without even wanting to.

There are moments when I think about leaving YouTube too. But I haven’t left.

Because this channel means more to me than just subscribers and views. I’ve put memories, time, effort, and a part of myself into it.

So if you’ve been wondering why I disappeared for a while… this is why.

I’m not giving up. I just needed a little time.

And to anyone else struggling with their channel: a flop doesn’t mean your effort was worthless. Sometimes the edit you worked hardest on simply doesn’t reach many people.

Please don’t give up on something you love just because growth is slow.
