Hi, I’m Taylor. I'm a late-diagnosed autistic mom, creator, and educator learning how to live more gently while getting to know my neurodivergent brain.
I found out I was autistic at 31, and suddenly many of my repeated struggles made sense. That relief and clarity is something I wish I could give to anyone who has been wondering why life feels different for you.
This channel is where we work through shame, drop the mask, and connect with people who understand how overwhelming this process can be. Whether you’re late-diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or still exploring, you’re welcome here exactly as you are.
🎥 ⭐️ New videos premiere most Wednesdays at 2 PM CT.
If you’re wanting more of that feeling of being seen, my Connection Groups are a space for honest conversation and genuine support (links below).
I’m not a doctor, just a human sharing lived experience. Please talk with your healthcare provider before making medical decisions based on anything you see here.

Probably the most healing part of my journey as a late-diagnosed autistic person has been connecting with other autistic adults who have similar experiences.
It amazes me how so many of my challenges can be reframed through a better understanding of how my mind operates. I continue to learn ways to better support myself that truly make a huge difference in my quality of life.
If you're interested in making connections with other autistic adults but are a little intimidated, I totally understand. I designed Connection Groups with autistic struggles in mind.
In Connection Groups, you're never called on unless you click the hand-raise button, and you're always welcome to just listen in with your camera off. Discussion questions are shared in advance. Stimming is encouraged regularly throughout each session.
Upcoming topics:
Week of Nov 2: Burnout
Week of Nov 9: Unmasking
Week of Nov 16: Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria
Space is limited to ensure group size feels comfortable.

There's something special in the Fall 2026 edition of @WomensHealthMag! If you happen to pass by a newsstand (is this still a thing? 😅) check out page 46 of Women's Health magazine for an article titled: "What a Late Autism Diagnosis Taught Me About Life" by Jaena Bloomquist (@AutisticQuestions) featuring a section over Mom on the Spectrum!
I'm so humbled and grateful to have been a small part of Jaena's late diagnosis journey.
Sending love to everyone today!

🌈 5 Connection Group spots are now open!
Connection Groups have been closed to new members for a while, but now that our numbers have stabilized, I want to make sure there are still opportunities for newcomers to join us, make meaningful connections, and receive support and validation from other autistic adults who understand our unique needs and challenges.
We meet around a pre-planned topic each week, and participation is always low-pressure—camera optional, and no one is called on unless they raise their hand.
This month our focus is Autistic Support, with our first week's topic being "How to Budget Your Energy."
There are 4 meeting time options each week, and you’re welcome to attend whichever works best for you (or all of them! Membership is flexible).
💛 5 spots are currently available!
If you're interested, you can sign up here 👉 mots.circle.so/checkout/build-community

Hi everyone! There WILL be a new video tomorrow (Wednesday) at 2 PM CT. I was trying to get it uploaded this evening but ran into some technical difficulties but I'll get it sorted out Wednesday morning.
I'm very excited for this video! I had the privilege of interviewing Dana Doswell (some of you may know her through TikTok). She's got a lot of great stuff over nervous system regulation for neurodivergent women and in our interview we're talking about how to regulate through the exploration of... pleasure 💃 🔥
Looking forward to sharing our convo with you soon.

Join me and Marcela from @HighImpactClub on Monday, August 17 @ 9:30 AM PT (11:30 AM CT).
We’ll be discussing parent-related challenges like:
-“My child needs connection but my body needs space”
-“When my child is triggered, I’m triggered too and don’t know how to help if I’m struggling too”
-“My child’s noises, movement, play, or in general kid behavior overwhelms me”
-“I feel guilty because I need more recovery time than my spouse or parent friends”
-“my child’s sensory needs clash with mine.” Ex: child needs vocal stemming, I need quiet
