80,000 people gathered at AT&T Stadium for 2819 Church ACCESS, joining together in a powerful hour of prayer. What a moment!

But here's my question: Are we still praying?

Because the assignment didn't end when we left the stadium.

REVIVAL IS COMING TO TEXAS, AND THERE IS PREPARATION THAT MUST TAKE PLACE!

I believe God is calling people across this state to help usher in a holy move of God. Not people looking for their names in lights, but people willing to humble themselves, seek His face, stand in the gap, and prepare the way.

My husband is in Atlanta today to watch our beloved Bears take on the Falcons. BEAR DOWN👇🏾‼️

I too had planned to be in Atlanta today.

Not for football, but to visit 2819 Church for the first time, fresh off the incredible honor of serving alongside more than 80,000 believers at last weekend's historic ACCESS Prayer gathering in Dallas.🔥

But while driving home from Dallas last week, listening to my pastor James Green at ‪@CLCChurch‬ I heard him call our prayer team to come early this week to cover our church and everyone coming through its doors.🔥

And just like that, my plans changed.

Because here's the thing about a KINGDOM TAKEOVER: It isn't confined to a stadium, a city, or a single gathering.

Different locations. Same Kingdom. Same King. JESUS! 🙌🏾

Some rooms were never built with you in mind. That does not mean you do not belong in them—or cannot succeed in them.

Throughout my career, I learned how to create success in rooms where I was often the only—or one of very few.

I was a woman.
I was African American.
I was a Christ follower.
I did not have a four-year degree.

And many times, the people in the room did not look like me, think like me, or share my values.

Still, I built an extraordinary career.

This August, I am going live each week for a new leadership teaching series:

Each week, I will share two practical leadership lessons:

One from my nearly 30-year career—drawing from the experiences and principles I wrote about in From Six Dollars to Six Figures.
