With 40 years in fly fishing and fly tying, I have been most fortunate in being able to ‘learn on the job’ and develop many good and productive fishing flies.The videos which I record at home are edited by me and I very much hope you enjoy them. What Fly Would You Like to See Me Tie Next? 🎣

Hi Everyone,

Over the years, I've tied and filmed hundreds of different fly patterns, from traditional favourites to modern designs, but there's always something new to learn and share.

So, I thought I'd ask you all a question.

Is there a fly you'd like to see me tie that I haven't featured on my channel before?

It could be an old traditional pattern, a forgotten fly, something from your part of the world, as long as I have the materials then I will look at giving it a go..

Perhaps there's a fly tying technique you'd like me to demonstrate, a material you're unsure how to use, or simply something you'd like me to explain in a little more detail.

I'm always interested in discovering different methods, materials and patterns, especially those that have a bit of history or a story behind them.

Leave your suggestions in the comments below. I'd love to hear your ideas, and hopefully we can find a few interesting patterns and techniques to share in future videos.

After all, no matter how many years we've been tying flies, there's always something new to learn.
