im too lazy to make an actual tut so heres how to make a headbop:
first, separate all the pieces and put them back in their original positions.
next, mark your beats. in the middle of the first beat, keyframe everything.
at the start of the first beat, take the body, turn off uniform scale, and lower the height by about 5%. then move the body and everything else down so nothing gets cut off. after that, tilt the head however you want.
now copy the original position keyframe to the middle of each beat, and copy the head-down/tilted keyframe to the beginning and end of each beat.
finally, apply cubic out to the beginning keyframes and cubic in to the ending keyframes.
