This episode of How Did I Shoot This One? goes much deeper than just showing you how I created the shot.
Frank explains the science and theory behind color, how RGB light works, why different colors evoke different emotions, and — very importantly — why your color gels need to be thick enough to properly filter the light.
You’ll also see how to combine red, green and blue light, how changing the position and power of your strobes affects the result, and how you can use color creatively instead of simply putting a gel on a flash and hoping for the best.

I almost gave up. Stroposcopic Photography can be hard. In the workshop Spectaculair model photography, we like to use motion. It's a great way to get your model more at ease. One of the students wanted to do stroboscopic photography. And to be honest, I was not happy with the results.
