But I won't be surprised if she is released shortly. Where is a strong Animal Welfare Act? How many more cases must shock the nation before animal cruelty is finally treated as a serious crime? And how much longer will it take for society to develop the level of awareness needed to recognize that this is unacceptable?
We (EON Visuals) have decided to donate all the earnings from our upcoming video to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund.
Production of our next video began before the floods, which is why the upcoming video is not about the disaster. However, we have been continuously working on our visual investigation into the flood situation as well.
We promise to bring you a detailed 3D reconstruction of what actually happened in Rasuwa that day, and try to understand whether similar disasters could be on the verge of occurring in other locations in the coming days.
This is the least we could do from our side, but we hope it can make even a small difference to those affected.
