This guy was John Gotti’s lawyer before Bruce Cutler. Unfortunately, Gene and Quack Quack called him “One of Us” on a wiretap and he landed 8yrs behind bars. Anyone recognize him?

PADRINO FILES
In 1980, John Favara, a neighbor of mafia boss John Gotti, killed Gotti's 12-year-old son, Frank, in a car accident. Although it was ruled an accident, Favara received threats and disappeared on July 28, 1980.
Reports vary on Favara's fate, with some suggesting he was beaten with a baseball bat, shot with a silenced .22 caliber pistol, or both.
Former mobster Charles Carneglia later claimed Favara was abducted, t*rtured, and di*membered with a chainsaw while still alive.
According to Carneglia, Favara's remains were stuffed into a barrel filled with concrete and dumped in the ocean.
Favara's body was never found, and he was declared dead in absentia in 1983.

First time I’ve ever actually seen this photo apparently it’s Lucky Luciano and Al Capone.
Do we think it’s real and actually them?🧐
