Bhashya — in Sanskrit, a commentary: the patient, systematic explanation of a root text.

That is what this channel does. Each series takes one strand of Indian philosophy and works through it in order, episode by episode — not scattered fragments of "ancient wisdom", but a coherent body of thought, explained in plain language, with everyday examples.

Vedic and tantric philosophy. The great goddesses and the cosmology behind them. The history of Indian thought, from the Indus valley to the present. The paths of yoga, of devotion, of the body and of the mind.

Nothing here is invented. The material rests on the classical texts and on modern scholarship, and sources are named in every episode.

About fifteen minutes each. Best heard in order — but any door lets you in.
