I have been toying with the idea of making old Dell office PC's into emulation/steam streaming machines with light GPU capabilities using GTX 730/1030/and 150ti low profiles.

These computers usually cost around 50 bucks plus the gpu making it around a 70-100 dollar investment but allows for games up to the Gamecube and in some cases the Wii and Wii U/3DS to run pretty well.

Combining older technology like Flat Panel 3/4 and CRT's I think I can replicate the retro experience for under $100.

What do ya think?

Bought this old Dell Optiplex for 13 dollars, needed a new PSU, $30, and now it's up and running perfectly fine.

I wonder how many of these old office PC's get donated when they just require a simple PSU replacement?
