Reliance के 2 सबसे बड़े IPOs: 2006 vs 2026 🚀📈

2006 में Reliance Petroleum Limited (RPL) का ₹8,100 करोड़ का IPO आया था, जिसे 51.22 गुना सब्सक्रिप्शन मिला था। बाद में 2009 में RPL को Reliance Industries (RIL) के साथ मर्ज (Share Swap 1:16) करके डीलिस्ट कर दिया गया।

अब 2026 में Jio Platforms Limited (JPL) का भारत की हिस्ट्री का सबसे बड़ा ₹30,213 करोड़ का IPO आया, जिसे 22.19 गुना सब्सक्रिप्शन मिला है! (Issue Price: ₹1,119 per share).

क्या Jio Platforms भी RPL की तरह भविष्य में RIL में मर्ज होगा? जवाब है नहीं, क्योंकि Meta और Google जैसे वैश्विक साझेदारों की मौजूदगी के कारण Jio एक अलग लिस्टेड टेक-जायंट बना रहेगा।
