hey everyone, i have something pretty important to announce.

after thinking about it for a while, ive decided that its time for a change.

ive been using the name backzone99 for the past few years, but i dont really feel like it represents me or my music anymore. i came up with it when i was much younger, and both my music and the way i see this project have changed a lot since then.

so from now on, ill be releasing music under a new name:

Neuroteq

this isnt a new project or a fresh start from zero. its still me, and everything ive released as backzone99 is still part of this project. im just continuing it under a name that fits what i want to make now much better.

youll gradually see the new name and branding appear across youtube, streaming platforms, newgrounds, and my other accounts. if you still see backzone99 somewhere for a while, its just because some platforms take longer to update.

thanks to everyone whos been listening to my music and supporting me all this time. theres a lot more i want to make, and im really excited to continue it as Neuroteq.

I think many people have questions about why there haven't been any remakes of songs for a long time. I'm ready to answer this question.

Vacation. I'm in Belarus right now, and sometimes the internet is just bad, or I don't have time. Even now, as I write this post, I'm driving 🤷 But I think this will change on August 11th, when I arrive at my permanent place of residence.

Отпуск. Я сейчас в Беларуси, и иногда у меня просто нет интернета или нет времени. Даже сейчас, когда я пишу эту запись, я в поездке 🤷 Но, думаю, все изменится 11 августа, когда я приеду на свое постоянное место жительства.
