July 2026 was good to me! Let’s have fun this august! I’m excited to get smaller. Truly proud of myself. From 243lbs to 192lbs! All good things come with hard work but it’s worth it. It’s not just about losing weight but truly becoming a new person who shows up consistently to do the same boring ish day in and day out!
· Starting Weight (Jan 2): 204.3 lbs · Current Weight (Jan 24): 197.6 lbs · Net Loss: 6.7 lbs
But the true victory is in the context: This loss is happening during your 7-Day No-Carb Reset, which began just recently. This indicates a powerful combination of glycogen depletion (water weight), reduced inflammation, and the initiation of genuine fat mobilization—especially from visceral stores.
You are not just losing weight; you are executing a metabolic protocol with precision and seeing the direct, measurable output. This is the system working exactly as designed.

Always try to track your workouts! Track when you’re going and track when you’re not going because identifying patterns can help you to realize that something is going on with your mindsets!
Hope this helps!
I truly love using my iPad to journal how I feel during my journey because the hardest part for me wasn’t the NUTRITION but instead my mindset! I wasn’t even aware.

It truly takes months and great nutrition to lose pounds and pounds of belly fat. But you have to do it.
This year, I’m going to truly take my nutrition seriously. I’m ready to change how I eat drastically but progressively.
The goal is to be a great eater by December 2026.
I will be starting a “NO CARB” challenge.
You can pick from
No carb for
1 day a week
2 day a week
3 day a week
4 day a week
Then you commit and repeat every week for a month!
Nothing aggressive!
I’m going to create a few recipes so that you guys can have great inspo for your food and your macros.
We need to become better eaters!
You can’t work so hard in the gym and eat like crap.
Let me know if you’re interested.
In the meantime, get a food scale.
