Pro tip: calorie deficit is the only way to lose weight. Stop eating. Eventually you'll get to where you want to be, don't worry, give yourself like ten days with no food and you'll notice the difference. Trust me I'm a doctor in the Sims 3 and you don't just get to be a doctor, you gotta work hard and get 2d worth of fatigue in order to progress in that career path so I think I know what I'm talking about.
