A while back, I took a test to find out my true age. 🧬✨
The at-home kit, from GlycanAge, was said to determine my biological age based on the state of my immune system and inflammation levels using glycans (complex sugar molecules in the blood) as indicators. As part of my review video, I interviewed Prof. Gordan Lauc, GlycanAge’s co-founder and chief scientific officer on what really impacts aging.
And by the way, the GlycanAge team say you can make changes to improve your biological age if the test shows it to be older than you were expecting.
