Welcome to Desi in Amrika!
I’m Raju Shrestha, a proud Nepali-Indian living in Texas. This channel is your go-to hub for authentic Desi life in the USA, bridging the gap between our rich roots in Bharat and Nepal and our modern lives in America.
I bring you the real story of the South Asian diaspora. We explore everything from navigating the US immigration system and career growth to keeping our Indian traditions and cultural festivals alive in the West.
What you’ll find here:
USA Lifestyle & News: Real-time updates on news affecting Indians and Nepalis in America.
Cultural Fusion: How we celebrate Diwali, Holi, and Dashain in Texas.
Immigration & Finance: Practical tips for immigrants in the USA, including visa strategies and financial literacy.
The Expat Reality: Honest vlogs on the NRI experience, cost of living, and the "Desi in Amrika" identity.
