Hypothesis: Dreams are the birthplace of your timelines. As your dream recall and lucid abilities increase, the lag time between unconscious insights and true-world timeline shifts shortens.


✨How to Participate (3 Easy Steps)✨

1. Complete the Pre-Questionnaire here:

This baseline intake assessment acts as a diagnostic on your relationship with your dreams in the spirit of the time.

2. The 15-Second Daily Practice (Optional):
Each night between October 19th, 2026 and November 17th, 2026 (30 days of tracking), adhere to the following:
- If you remember a dream: Write down 1–3 key words, symbols, or significant locations in a journal or a phone note - but it would be best to have the ENTIRETY of the dream written out if you can, though. Also note if you were able to be lucid in the dream.
- If you don't remember anything: Write "N/A" for that day.
- During the day: Note if a symbol, person, or theme from a dream physically manifests in your waking life, note the pattern convergence signal, synchronicity, and the date of the original dream.

3. The Day 30 Re-Test at the end of 30 days, we will take the same assessment to track timeline convergences and highlight our entire results.

Beware of conceptualizing the spiritual path without walking the spiritual path. Failure to integrate the unconscious contents of the psyche will result in an attempt to bypass shadow work or anima/animus work - which may feel like "freedom" but is actually going to war against your own instincts.
