Every year I do Christmas recipes, but this year I thought it might be fun to do something a little different.
I want to recreate some of your favorite Christmas recipes! If your mom, grandma, grandpa, aunt, neighbor…whoever…made something every Christmas that you still think about today, I’d love to hear about it.

It can be cookies, candy, cakes, casseroles, side dishes…it doesn’t matter! If it reminds you of Christmas, I want to see it. I’d especially love recipes that aren’t as common anymore. I can’t promise I’ll make every recipe (because y’all will probably send me 500 of them 😂), but I’d love to pick some to recreate this Christmas. If I use yours, I’ll give you a shout out in the video…unless you’d rather stay anonymous. I have a feeling this is going to be a lot of fun, and I can’t wait to read all your stories! ❤️

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, grandpas, and father figures out there. I was lucky enough to learn a lot in the kitchen from my daddy. Some of my favorite memories are of watching, helping, and learning the little things that don’t always make it into a recipe card. The meals we make are often about more than just food. They’re memories, traditions, and lessons passed down from the people we love. Today I’m especially thankful for those memories and the time we shared💙

Last night I found out that Momma Mel passed away, and my heart just sank. If you’ve been around here for a while, you’ve probably seen me mention her or know exactly who I’m talking about. She felt like one of those people you didn’t personally know, but still felt connected to. She brought so much comfort, joy, and inspiration through her cooking and just being herself.
Keeping her family and loved ones in my thoughts today.
She will be deeply missed❤️
