Learn the Best AI Systems to Grow Your Business while saving you time. Using AI Agents, Automation, and custom systems I teach the best strategies to help businesses increase their bottom line.
MIT went through more than 300 AI projects this year. 95% of the pilots they studied returned nothing anyone could measure.
The AI itself worked fine. The setup around it failed, in the same three ways:
It doesn't remember the business, so someone re-explains everything every day.
It works in the demo and breaks with real customers.
It sits in a tab nobody opens.
If you've tried ChatGPT or Claude and the business still runs the way it did last year, that's why.
Tomorrow night you do what the other 5% did, for one job in your business:
Tell AI about your business once, so it stops starting from zero.
Hand it one real job your team does every week: follow-up, the weekly report, chasing documents.
Test it before you trust it, against an answer key.
90 minutes, live and hands-on, in your own Claude account, with me and my chief engineer Keshav helping. You leave with that job working and a 7-day plan to use it for real. No coding. → Register for free
This Wednesday we're running a live workshop on one thing: how to use AI to take repetitive work off your team's plate.
Here's why it matters.. Your best people spend hours a week on follow-up, reports and chasing documents. None of it is hard. It's constant, and it keeps them off the work that brings in revenue. Most teams try AI like a search bar: ask a question, copy the answer, change nothing.
On Wednesday you fix that for one job. In 90 minutes, with me and my chief engineer Keshav, you build and test one working AI workflow in your own Claude account, then leave with a 7-day plan to use it in your business.
Right now your seat is free. At 11:59 PM ET tonight, code OWNER stops working and it becomes a paid ticket: $77. Same seat, same workshop. Only the price changes.
Wednesday, October 7 · 7:00 PM ET · Zoom
Enter code OWNER at checkout (click "Add promotion code" under the price) and it's $0.
You've seen the videos about students landing their first AI clients and what they're charging.
But most of you still don't know what they actually sell, or how they get someone to pay for it.
So tomorrow I'm going live on Zoom to walk through how people with no clients, no portfolio and no technical background go from $0 to $10k/mo in 90 days.
The LIVE training is Wednesday, September 16th at 7 PM EST.
I'll break down:
* The exact offer to sell (one business, one build, one price) * How to land your first client with no portfolio * How to price and close a $5k retainer * How to deliver for 5-8 clients without a team
Most companies I walk into have the same setup: half the team uses AI every day, the other half won't touch it, client data is going into random tools, and one person got stuck being "the AI guy." Leadership can't point to a dollar it made.
We've fixed this inside 60+ companies. Starting this quarter, we do it in person. We come to your office, audit where the hours and the money actually go, set the rules, load your company's knowledge, and put five AI team members to work on jobs your staff does today. Each one gets a scorecard you see every Monday.
Results from other companies: an ad agency added $504K in profit, a recruiting firm added $340K, a property manager cut lead response from 3 hours to 18 seconds. Same teams, nobody hired.
Two years ago, I quit my safe 9-5 job to start an ai business.
I was 23 with no audience, no blueprint, and no guarantee this would work. I spent nights learning AI automation, trying to find clients, and wondering if leaving a stable paycheck was a massive mistake.
Today: → Almost 100K YouTube subscribers → More than 20 million views → A growing audience across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn → A large newsletter and community of 20,000+ people → A business nearing 7 figures → Students running $10K+/month AI agencies
None of it came from finding one secret AI tool.
It came from three decisions:
1. Solve real business problems instead of building random demos. 2. Document everything publicly, even before I felt qualified. 3. Turn what worked into a clear offer people would pay for.
Most people trying to start an AI business are stuck where I was.
They keep learning new tools but never choose an offer, speak to prospects, or build proof.
So we’re hosting a free webinar that breaks down the path we’ve used to start and scale AI businesses.
We’ll cover: ✅ What AI services businesses are buying ✅ How to package your first offer ✅ How to land your first clients ✅ How our students scaled past $10K/month
This is the roadmap I wish I had before quitting. Because truthfully, it took a long time to get my business off the ground.
Most of you here can build ai automations. That was never the problem.
The problem is that nobody's shown you what happens after. What to sell it as. What to charge. Who to say it to. What comes out of your mouth on the call.
So I'm going to show you, live.
Wednesday, September 16th at 7:00 PM EST. Free. Here's what we're going through 👇
- Our Offer Framework. How a build gets packaged and priced so a business owner says yes without needing to understand it.
- Niche selection. How to find the markets where buyers have already admitted the problem, instead of convincing strangers they have one.
- The client-acquisition system. Where the first clients actually come from when you have no website, no portfolio, no case study.
- The sales call. What to say, and the things that kill the deal the second they leave your mouth.
- Delivery for 5 to 8 clients without it eating your week.
This isn't a tutorial. You've watched enough of those. It's the half nobody teaches, the half that turns building into getting paid.
Noah, a member of our AIA+ community, shared a result worth breaking down.
Noah reported making over $5,000 in a month from a voice-based AI receptionist.
It answered calls, booked appointments and handled basic questions. He used ElevenLabs, Make and Google Calendar.
Then he went on Indeed and looked for small businesses hiring receptionists. A few signed at around $1,500–$2,000 each.
The useful part is how he found the problem. These businesses were already advertising that they needed help with calls and scheduling.
He had a specific buyer, a visible problem and something he could demonstrate.
That's the connection we work on inside AIA+'s Make Money with AI challenge: niche selection, an automation backend, clear positioning and the assets to show the offer to someone.
Is your ai business where you want it to be right now?
If not, you'll want to read this..
Most of you here can already build the thing. That was never the bottleneck.
The bottleneck is that you can't answer four questions in one sentence each: **who you sell to, what you fix, what you charge, and how you reach them.**
Almost everyone stuck is missing at least two — and no tutorial you watch this week is going to hand them to you.
So we're running the challenge again. Three days, one decision each day 👇
- Day 1 — Your baseline and your path.
What you can already demonstrate today, what proof and relationships you already have, the hours you actually have, what you can spend. Then you pick one lane: build it, deploy it in a business, or sell it to clients. Most people are stuck because they're quietly trying to do all three.
- Day 2 — Your niche and your buyer.
One market. Who signs, what the expensive problem is, whether a customer is worth enough to make the math work, whether you can reach them, and whether you can deliver after the sale. This is the day that kills most AI businesses before they start — and it takes an afternoon to get right.
- Day 3 — Your offer and your route.
A one-sentence outcome. What's included and what isn't. A price. A risk reversal limited to what you actually control. One proof asset. One acquisition route. And a 14-day activity commitment with a real number on it.
- Day 4 — You submit it.
Your Launch Audit gets reviewed properly — against a rubric, with either an approval or the exact sections to fix. Then you get a personalized Roadmap Review: your biggest constraint named, your next 30–90 days mapped. Annual members and the strongest submissions come straight to me.
Then the 90-day roadmap unlocks and you go execute the plan you just built.
I'm not promising you a paying client in three days. That's not in your control or mine. What you *will* walk out with is a defined market, a proven offer, a price, an acquisition channel and a reviewed plan — which is the exact thing you don't have right now, and the reason the building hasn't turned into money yet.
This is for you if you want to get paid to build AI systems for other businesses. **If you run a company and just want AI working inside it**, this one isn't for you — sit this round out, I've got other stuff coming for you.
And it works when people commit to one of each. Noah picked one offer — an AI receptionist — then searched Indeed for businesses hiring receptionists, people who'd already admitted the problem and already budgeted for it. A few signed at $1.5k–$2k.*Just over $5k in a month. Chris picked one route, walked into a local BNI chapter, and landed a $2,500 build plus $197/mo — 5x back on what he put in. Salah walked into a six-location restaurant chain with one specific job and got his first client.
None of them had a website, a portfolio, or a case study. One market, one offer, one route.
The challenge runs inside **AI Accelerator+*($72/mo), and you need to be a member to take part. Free trial will not offer the 3-day challenge. Kickoff is Monday, daily posts run through the week, submissions close at the end of it.
