I create music production and music theory tutorials for the R&B beat-making community. You'll mostly find me talking about R&B chord progressions, sound selection and building full R&B tracks from scratch, bridge included - Because it isn't R&B without a bridge!

I’m back posting weekly R&B tutorials for the R&B music makers! For real this time 😅, I’ve already recorded 4 videos to make sure of it! Plus this collaboration 👇 with @Instruments looking at a new R&B focused Play Series and Expansion ( sguy.co/bouquet-velvet-bloom ).
As always, there’s some R&B music production tips sprinkled in there as I create a beat — so even if you’re not looking to pick up any new sounds, I think you’ll like this one!

What would you prefer for my next chord progression video(s). Just play the chords & have a write up on my blog explaining the progression? Or explain whilst playing the chords in the actual video? Vote below.
I’m getting a lot of complains about my talking in the videos and I just want to gauge if this is the opinion of the many or the few and to what extent. Either way is cool for me, the former (no talking) being easier in fact but I really want to hone in on what the majority want if I’m going to continue these.
