BONUS ENDING

All of them are celebrating except King Edward and Jeff. All of them in black to represent mourning. (Maybe just black sashes or smth.)

King Luke: “Now everyone, I wanted to thank you all for coming to celebrate the defeat of The Morrigan and to mourn the deaths of King Edward and Jeff.”


Riven stands up.

Riven : “We will miss them very much, but we would still like to honour their sacrifice.

Princess Amber stands.

Princess Amber : “In honour of my fathers sacrifice, Wip and Bourbon will now hold a treaty.”
Thatch : “I will be staying in Wip as an ambassador. And I will do my best to combine all their technology with medicine, so that maybe in the future there won't be deaths like Jeff.”
Calamari : “I'm joining the Captain here! We’re gonna ensure safe passage for anyone who wants to travel between the two kingdoms.”


The lights suddenly go out. When they come back, Morrigan is standing on the table. Her hair is wild and her eyes look crazed.

Morrigan : “HOW DARE YOU THINK, THAT YOU COULD POSSIBLY DEFEAT ME?? I WILL NOT BE DESTROYED BY MERE MORTALS!”

Out of the shadows, Jeff and King Edward emerge. Their eyes wide and their faces marked with purple streaks.

Calamari : “What?”
Zanthos : “Jeff?”
Princess Amber : “Father?”
Riven : “What have you done to them?!”
Morrigan : “Only what I'm going to do to you all. I will break your bodies, and when there is no longer any life in you, you will be my very own personal puppets! And your precious kingdoms will fall, until there is nothing left but chaos!”


Jeff and King Edward attack them while she laughs. The others try to escape, but it's too late. They all slowly fall, and the stage goes dark on their bodies, and the Morrigan’s laugh.


Soooo thats the bonus ending. Tell me what u think and waht can be improved. I still have to finish the editing and stufff

ACT 4

The light comes back on. King Edward and Princess Amber are lying tied up near the Morrigan. The scenery should be different.

Jeff : “Wha. Where are we?”
Thatch : “What did you do to them?!”
Morrigan : “Nothing so far. And if you cooperate, I won't punish any of you.”
Riven : “Who are you? What do you want?!”
Morrigan : “I am Morrigan! Goddess Of Chaos!” (Raises arms and lights flash.)
Zanthos : “Impossible! That's a myth!”
Morrigan : “Well, who do you think started that little war of yours?”
King Edward : “His father attacked us. That's how it started!”
King Luke : “Because you killed my mother!”
Morrigan : “Actually, I killed your mother. I just made it look like this idiot did it.”
Calamari : “But, why?”
Morrigan : “Simple. War breeds chaos. Chaos fuels me. Every time soldiers clashed, every time innocents died in the chaos, I got stronger! But now, because of all the ridiculous thoughts of peace treaties, my favorite source of energy is being taken away.”
King Luke : You…killed my mother.

He tries to attack her, but Riven catches him.

Riven : “Not now! She'll kill us all if we don't listen!”
Morrigan : “You're right. But your little act of rebellion must be punished. Let's see…”


She pulls out a dagger and stabs it toward Princess Amber. Before anyone can react, King Edward throws himself between them. He stares at the dagger protruding from his side. He chokes, then slumps to the ground, the dagger coming out.

Princess Amber : “Father!!! NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!”
Morrigan : “Well, not exactly who I was aiming for, but that works too. Now, are you all going to cooperate or not?”


They throw themselves at her, swords flashing and yelling battle cries.

Morrigan : "I'll take that as not.”

Suddenly, 4 figures clothed in black, only their eyes showing, which have purple streaks around them. They throw themselves at the group of heroes.
Calamari : “Who on earth are these guys?!” (While blocking a figure's attacks.)
Jeff : “Her evil minions? Does it matter?!”
Riven : “We need to kill them, and fast.”

They all fight the creatures. Thatch runs to the Princess, who's sitting next to the dead king. He starts untying her.

Thatch : “Princess, I'm so sorry but we need to move! It's not safe!”
Princess Amber : “I'm not the princess anymore though.”
Thatch : “Yes, and we can talk about it later. But for now we really need to run.”

She finally stands up. But one of the figures lunges at them. He dodges and pulls the princess away.

Thatch : “GUYS! A LITTLE HELP PLEASE!”
King Luke : “These things won't die! I've hit him like, 5 times in the gut, and he just wont stop coming!”
Riven : “Burn them! They can't keep coming if they're ash!”


Zanthos raises his staff and waves it at one of the creatures. It goes up in flames, screaming before it collapses dead.

Zanthos : “It's working!”


Jeff pulls out a ball and throws it at two minions. They blow up in flames and collapse.

Jeff : “Yesssss! 3 down, 1 to go!”

Morrigan : “Enough!”

She waves her arm, and their weapons fly out of their hands. She raises her arm.

Morrigan : “You're wasting my time! I don't need any of you!”

She claps her hands and they all fall to their knees, holding their heads in pain. She walks through them, smiling.

Morrigan : “I could crack your minds open like nuts, right now! I could destroy you so easily. Don't you understand! None of your clever little plans can stand against a goddess!”

Meanwhile, Jeff secretly fiddles with something behind her back. Then, when she finishes her speech, he slaps it on her. A net covers her.

Jeff : “That's what you think! That's an entanglement spell, and it'll block any magic you try to do!”

Thats what i have so far. Im thinking the ending might go smth like they figure out how to trap her and in the process Jeff dies. AND then theres a bonus ending where the morrigan comes back and brutally murders them all using Jeff and King Edwards dead bodies.🫠‪@Riptide.editzৎ‬

ACT 3

Scene 1
The princess is sitting on her bed in her cabin. The Morrigan appears in front of her.

Morrigan : “Hello Princess.”
Princess Amber : “Who are you?!”
Morrigan : “Chaos.”

The Princess screams. The five run into her room, but she's alone.

Riven : “Are you alright Princess?”
Princess Amber : “Yes, I just had a bad dream.”
Riven : “Alright, we’ll leave you alone.”

They leave the cabin.

Zanthos : “A bad dream? She said she came down to pack, not take a nap!”
Calamari : “Why would she lie?”
Riven : “I don't know. Come on. We're gonna reach the harbor in an hour and we need to be ready.”

Scene 2
They disembark the ship. The captain waves goodbye. Cut to them approaching the castle. The King comes out.

King Luke : “Welcome! How was your journey?”
Riven : “We all reached safely.”
Jeff : “Apart from the sea monster.”
King Luke : “SEA MONSTER?”
Riven : “It was fine. We’re all fine”
Thatch : “Speak for yourself.”
King Luke : “Right. Well, why don't you come in? I'll show you your rooms and we can talk over dinner.”

They sit around a table eating. The princess stares at her food.

King Luke : “So, you met the sea fairies? I've never gotten to see them before.”
Riven : “Yes they were very kind.”
Princess Amber : “Unlike you.” (She mutters.)
King Luke : “I understand you're upset about this, but I need to tell you. I don't want to get married.”
Princess Amber : “If you didn't want this, then why did you ask for a marriage alliance!”
King Luke : “Because it's the only way I could get you to come here! I thought, after you came here, I would ask you to be an Ambassador, not my wife.”
Princess Amber : “Why me?!”
King Luke : “Because your father wouldn't attack us if you lived here. You're my only guarantee he'll keep the peace.”
Princess Amber : “HOW DARE YOU? My father always keeps his word!”
King Luke : “Just like with the last peace treaty, which he broke when he ambushed us and killed my mother?”
Princess Amber : “You liar!! YOU attacked US!”


She storms off and leaves a very awkward table behind.

King Luke : “Well, that escalated quickly. Anyways, I apologise for that. Could you please inform the princess that tomorrow there will be a ball to introduce her to my court? Good night.”
Zanthos : “Soo, what do we do? We were only supposed to stay until she got married.”
Riven : “We’ll stay as long as she needs us.”
Jeff : “Well, I've always wanted to visit Wip.”
Thatch : “I've heard they have some really advanced medicine.”
Calamari : “This will be fun!”

Scene 3
The next morning, Zanthos knocks on the princess door.

Zanthos : "Your Highness, would you like to come for breakfast?”
Princess Amber : “Go away!”
Zanthos : “Uhh… is everything ok?”
Princess Amber : “I'm busy!”
Zanthos : “Alright, just remember the ball in the evening.”

He joins them at the breakfast table.

Zanthos : “The princess has been acting really weird lately.”
Jeff : “Why? Did she say something?”
Zanthos : “She wouldn't even leave her room. She just yelled at me to go away. She's been really moody since she screamed in her cabin.”
Jeff : “Must've been one heck of a nightmare.”
Riven : “It doesn't matter. After tonight, she'll either agree to stay, or she'll ask to leave.”
Calamari : “So, I don't have any fancy clothes.”
Jeff : “Just wear your armour.”

Cut to the ball. The princess is standing quietly near the king. The king stands up.

King Luke : “Welcome! I'd like to introduce you all to Princess Amber of The Kingdom Of Bourbon.”

People bow to her. She just stares back.

King Luke : “Right, well, I expect you all to treat her with respect. And hopefully, she'll agree to stay on as an Ambassador for Bourbon!

He steps down. The princess goes to him.

Princess Amber : “Are you insane?! I'm not staying, so why would you tell them that?!”
King Luke : “I'm hoping you'll change your mind. This is the key to peace between our kingdoms.”
Princess Amber : “Unbelievable! I'm going out!”

She leaves the room. She goes out into the garden and sits down.

Morrigan : “Poor princess. Forced to do what others want.”
Princess Amber : “What do you want?”
Morrigan : “Well, a lot of things. But for now, I'll settle with your mind.”

She waves her hand and the princess stiffens.

Morrigan : “Now, come to me.”

The princess stands up and walks to her. Morrigan grabs her hand and disappears.

Scene 4
Zanthos enters the garden.

Zanthos : “Princess! Are you here?!”


He looks around, realizes she's not here, and runs back inside.

Zanthos : “The princess is missing!”
Jeff : “What! She was just here!”
Zanthos : “I went to check on her in the garden. But she wasn't there!.”
Riven : “Calm down. Zanthos, can you track her?”
Zanthos : “Yes, I just need a silver mirror and a little bit of fur."

He pulls something out of a pouch, waves it around, says the princess’s name, then looks in the mirror.

Zanthos : “I see her. She's in some sort of stone room. But there's a problem. She's about 720 miles away.”
Jeff : “What! That can't be right!. She can't have gotten that far so fast.”
Thatch : “Whoever took her must have insanely powerful teleportation magic.”
Riven : “Well we have to go after her. Which way are we heading?”
Zanthos : “Uhh, east. This spell will only last 10 hours though. Then I have to wait 3 days before I can use it again.”
Riven : “That's fine. We need to move quickly.”
King Luke : “I'm coming too.”
Calamari : “Your Majesty, you can't.”
King Luke : “She came because I called her. The least I can do is try to save her.”
Riven : “Alright. Gather your stuff. We leave in half an hour. But pack light. We're travelling hard and fast.”

Scene 5
Cut to King Edward in his bedroom. Morrigan appears.

King Edward : “What! How did you get in here?! GUARDS!!!!”
Morrigan : “I'm afraid no one's gonna be answering you anytime soon.”

She waves her hand and the scene goes dark.

Scene 6
The light comes back on. The king and Morrigan are nowhere to be seen. Cut back to the group who are travelling through the forest.

Calamari : “It's been 1 week. Are we any closer to her?”
Jeff : “According to Zanthos spell, we have about 1 and a half weeks of travel left.”
King Luke : “Hopefully she'll be ok waiting a little longer.”

Cut to them reaching an open area near a stone building.

Jeff : “So she's in there?”
Zanthos : “That's what the spell says.”
Riven : “Are there any traps?”

Jeff puts his hand on the ground and mutters smth.

Jeff : “Nope, no traps. At least until the entrance.”
Thatch : “Weird.”
Riven : “Right. Come on. We go in fast but silent. Use the element of surprise.”

They all tip toe run to the building. They push open the door and look inside.

Calamari : “Huh. Nothing.”
Zanthos : “She should be here!”
Morrigan : “Hello.”
Calamari : “What the heck!”
Jeff : “Where one earth did you come from?!”
Riven : “What do you want!?”
Morrigan : “You're searching for the princess. I can take you to her.”
Thatch : “Why should we trust you?!”
Morrigan : “You shouldn't.”

The stage goes dark.

ACT 1

Scene 1
You see crows flying in all different directions, all with a scroll in their beaks.

Cut to morning.

A group of people meet in front of a city. They stare at each other suspiciously. Then one speaks up.

Calamari : "I'm guessing you all got called by the king too?”
Jeff : “No, we're here for a ball.”
Zanthos: “Do you by any chance know what we have been summoned for?”
Calamari : “No idea. But we better get there fast if we wanna find out.”

Scene 2
The group proceeds to the palace. They enter a room with two people inside. A human and a dwarf.

Dwarf : “Who are you lot? “
Calamari : “Well, I'm Calamari. And these guys areeee?”
Zanthos : “Zanthos. Warlock.”

All stare at Jeff. He glares then says.

Jeff : “What?... I'm Jeff. Who are you human?”
Thatch : “Thatch. Do you know when we’ll meet the king?”
Dwarf : “STUPID KING! BOSSING US AROUND! I'M LEAVING!!”

Riven strides in.


Riven : “QUIET! The King does not take kindly to insults in his own house! Now come. His Majesty calls you.”

Scene 3
They all look at each other and then follow him out of his room. They enter a room where they see a robed man with a crown sitting on a throne. A young woman in a dress and tiara stands near him. They all bow.

Riven : “Your Majesty, Your Highness.”

Nods head at king then princess.

Riven : “I have the candidates.”
King Edward : “Excellent. Now, I know you are all confused. It's simple. I need you to protect my daughter, the princess.”
Zanthos : “Protect the princess from what Your Majesty?”
King Edward : “She is set to marry the King of Wip in 3 weeks.”
Dwarf : “What! She's marrying our enemy!”
King Edward : “Yes. It's an alliance. And I need you to protect her on the journey there.”
Jeff : “Do we have a choice?”
King Edward : “No. But I only need 5 of you. So I'm holding a competition.”
Calamari : “A competition?!”
King Edward : “Yes. To find the strongest of you all. I will see you all tomorrow at the training grounds.”

Scene 4
Next morning, all the heroes enter the training grounds. A centaur and an elf stand there along with the king and the princess.

King Edward : “You will be given an opponent. Beat them, and you will be one of the princess’s bodyguards.”
Centaur : “Why can't we just leave?”
King Edward : “You can leave if you want, but then there's no chance for you to get the prize.”
Elf : “What prize?”
King Edward : “Gold. A lot of it.”
Calamari : “Welp, I'm in.”
Jeff : "You're very easily bought.”
King Edward : “Good. Now, let's start.”

Riven starts pairing people up. Calamari vs the Elf. Centaur vs Zanthos. Jeff vs the Dwarf.

Thatch : “What about me?”
Riven : “As you are the only cleric, your spot among the five is guaranteed. We need a healer.”
Thatch : “And what about you?”
Riven : “I don't need to compete either. I am the King's best warrior. I was chosen before any of you.”
Jeff : “Great. We get to follow the example of a noble knight on this quest.”
King Edward : “Begin!”

Calamari and Elf start fighting. Calamari wins.

Riven : “Calamari the Tortle Fighter wins!”
King Edward : “Next!”


Centaur and Zanthos fight. Zanthos wins.

Riven : “Zanthos the Dragonborn Warlock wins!”
King Edward : “Next!”


Jeff and the Dwarf fight. Jeff wins.

Riven : “Jeff the Gnome Artificer wins!”

King Edward : “Well done everyone. The five chosen to escort the princess to the Kingdom of Wip will be! Jeff the Artificer, Calamari the Fighter, Thatch the Cleric, Zanthos the Warlock, and Riven the Paladin! You will all leave tomorrow. The rest of you can go. Thank you for coming.”

Dwarf : “WHAT! BUT HE CHEATED! I'M LEAVING!”

The elf, dwarf and centaur all leave. The rest head to their rooms. The next day they all board the ship to sail to The Kingdom of Wip.


END OF ACT 1.


ACT 2

Scene 1
The ship slowly moves away, they watch as their home fades from their sight.

Captain : “Now I want you all to know that I'm the captain here! I'm in charge! So u better do what I say, or you'll walk the plank!”
All : “Yes sir!”
Princess Amber : “I wanted to apologize to you all. I'm sorry my father forced you to protect me.”
Calamari : “It's our honour, Princess.”

He bows.

Princess Amber : “Still, I didn't want this.” (She looks bitter.)
Thatch : “You don't want to marry him, Your Highness?”
Princess Amber : “No, but I have no choice.”
Zanthos : “I'm sorry princess.”

They continue to sail when the ship rocks.

Thatch : “What was that?”


The ship rocks again.
Then two tentacles catch Thatch and pull him overboard. (He can scream.) The ship stops rocking.

Scene 2
Calamari : “It took Thatch!”
Captain : “It's a giant monster!”
Crew : “AHHHHHH!”
Captain : “ROW FOR YOUR LIVES!!!!!!”
Princess Amber : “WAIT! We have to save him first!”
Captain : “With all due respect Your Highness, HOW!! That thing took him underwater!”
Calamari : “I can go after him!”
Riven : “You can't go by yourself! Zanthos, Jeff, do you have anything that can help us breathe underwater?”
Jeff : “I have a spell! But I need some straw.”
Takes out some straw and casts the spell.

Riven : “Great, but we shouldn't all go. Someone needs to stay behind to protect the princess.”
Zanthos : “I should stay back. I can protect the princess best with my magic.”

Riven, Jeff and Calamari jump into the water. The ship gets dragged offstage and all except Riven, Jeff and Calamari leave. They move through and see a cave. The cave is covered in spiderwebs.

Jeff : “Webs? What is this thing?”
Calamari : “Wait! I know what it is! It's this creature that's like a giant squid, but also a giant spider.”
Jeff : “That sounds beautiful.”
Riven : “Focus. That thing probably has Thatch in the cave. I'll draw the thing out. Jeff, can you make a trap for it?”
Jeff : “Of course.”
Riven : “Great. Then once it's out, Calamari you have to swim in and grab Thatch. Make sure to give him the straw or he won't be able to breathe.”
Calamari and Jeff : “Got it.”

Riven enters the cave. Jeff quickly sets up a trap with some rope. Riven yells and comes out quickly with the creature behind him. The monster steps in the trap and gets stuck.
Calamari goes into the cave. He sees lots of webs and on one wall a strange symbol. Then he notices a cocoon. He runs to it.

Calamari : “Thatch! Are you in there?”
Thatch : “HIOSUHUEHEW!”
Calamari : “Ok I'll get you out!”

He cuts the cocoon and pulls Thatch out.

Thatch : “That was disgusting!”
Calamari : “Come on we gotta go!”

Outside Jeff and Riven stare at the monster.

Jeff : “I don't know how long that will hold.”

Then the trap breaks and the monster lunges at them.

Jeff : “GREAT! I JINXED IT!”

It shoots a web and catches Jeff. Riven slashes at it with his sword. Calamari comes out with Thatch.

Thatch : “Umm do you guys need help?”
Riven : “YES! Free Jeff!”

Thatch goes to free Jeff while Calamari rushes in and stabs at the monster! The monster knocks Calamari away. He rushes back.

Calamari : “DIE YOU OVERGROWN SPIDER!”

Riven stabs it in the head while Calamari slashes off some legs. The monster finally collapses and dies.

Calamari : “Well that was fun.”
Jeff : “So fun.”
Thatch : “Does anyone need healing?”
Jeff and Calamari : “Me.”

Thatch heals them while they all head back. The ship and all passengers get pulled back onstage. They board the ship.

Princess Amber : “You're back! Are you all ok?”
Riven : “We're all fine, and the monster is dead. But we should probably leave.”
Captain : “Right! To your places! Hoist the sails!”

Scene 3
The ship starts to move off, but suddenly a small figure with wings comes out of the water.

Captain : “OH NOW WHAT!?”
Sea Fairy Queen : “Hello. I am the queen of the sea fairies. I wanted to thank you.”
Jeff : “For what?”
Sea Fairy Queen : “Killing the sea spider! It's been troubling us for years!”
Riven : “Oh well, you're very welcome, Your Highness.”
Sea Fairy Queen : “I want to help you! We know almost everything in the sea!”
Calamari : “In that case, can you please tell me about this symbol I saw in the monster's cave?”
Sea Fairy Queen : “What did it look like?”


Calamari draws a symbol on a paper, then shows it to the queen. (He’ll have a predrawn paper.)

Sea Fairy Queen : "I've seen this symbol. I don't know what it means, but whenever we see this symbol, great evil is nearby! You need to be careful. This symbol always hails chaos.”
Riven : “Thank you for your help.”
Sea Fairy Queen : “Of course. If you ever need help near the sea, we'll be happy to help!”


She leaves.

Captain : “Well now that we've seen giant sea monsters and little fairy queens, can we please leave these waters?”
Princess Amber : “Yes of course captain.”

They sail off until eventually they see land.

Captain : “LAND HOOOOOOOOO!!!!”
Thatch : “We're here!”
Zanthos : “The Kingdom of Wip.”
