Don't underestimate the kind of money any video topic you create in high earning niche can bring it, example software and finance. If you are still new on YouTube as a content creator, I do not advise you start affiliate marketing or product selling at the early stage. First, offer value to your audience for at least 8 months. That will help you build trust first. Free service at the beginning also sends signals to your audience or community that you know what you are doing. After the 8 months timeframe, you can go into affiliate marketing or selling of your own products to your audience. At this point, they have known you to some extent.

Every single work you put in as a creator or someone doing another job in real life needs time for accumulation. It is when everything is compounded in the long run that you will make more money from your efforts. I could remember when I newly got monetized on YouTube about two years ago and I struggled making $100USD monthly to reach payout. But today, every work I put in has accumulated and I get to $100 monthly in just few days. With over 1,300 videos that solve specific problems, meeting payment threshold is no longer a problem, the target 🎯 right now is to earn standard real world job salary every month.
