I'm pleased to announce that I will be appearing at the "We Have Ways" Fest in the UK this September. wehavewaysfest.co.uk/

I'll be part of two events, currently scheduled for Friday at 1900 and Saturday at 1300.

Outside of those times, I'll likely be wandering around acquiring possibly unwise masses of books and listening to some of the other excellent presenters, a number of whom you will have seen on this channel previously :)

Although somewhat last minute, if you happen to be able to make it to Leeds, UK tommorow and want to attend the history conference I'm speaking at, a ticket has just become available for free. First person to email me gets it :)

Hello everyone!

I've been working with Key Publishing / Britain at War Magazine on a project I can now happily let you all know about. Working in conjunction with multiple historians and the HMS Hood Association, they have created a 110-page 'bookazine' covering HMS Hood from her inception through to her loss, what might have been and what happened to both the survivors and the ships legacy.

It's due for release in just over a week and you can pre-order a copy here: shop.keypublishing.com/products/hms-hood-the-pride…

Happy weekend everyone, some of you may recall a while ago World of Warships published a rather hefty tome on Cruisers. That print run sold-out but it's being brought back again, you can sign up to be notified when the campaign goes live at the link below or go straight to the campaign itself, your choice!

Those of you using my link (the first one) or mentioning that you saw the campaign through me will be receiving an additional special bonus which offers a hint at a personal project I'm working on for later in year. There is also a separate reward for Day 1 supporters, so you can get both.
