Satvic Movement

Satvic Movement is a community-driven health revolution to help you reach the peak of your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

The Satvic lifestyle is rooted in principles of simple food, early waking, yoga, loving relationships, service attitude and living in harmony with nature.

The knowledge shared is based on timeless ancient principles and is communicated in modern, practical and easy-to-understand terms.

It is shared through our online workshops (ranging from 3 to 21 days), books and videos.

So far, over 5 lakh people have attended our workshops, 100,000 Satvic books have been sold, and our videos have amassed over 1 billion views.

Founded in 2017, today, Satvic Movement has exploded into a thriving community of thousands of people across India, becoming one of the largest health revolutions in the nation.

Satvic Movement's mission is to create a world where people can effortlessly live a healthy and joyful life, in harmony with each other, and with Mother Nature.

Honestly, I’m someone who’s not very fond of kids.
But by the end of this Golden Retreat, my heart was swollen with bliss and joy. 💛

A few months ago, we hid 25 secret Golden Tickets inside the Satvic Kids Food Books. Over 500 people bought the book, but only 25 random kids found these special tickets.

And finally, they made it to our home, a space we usually never let anyone into. But these kids were special, and we wanted to meet them.

We started the day with the kids making their own colourful momos, while we had already prepared millet pasta, millet noodle Burma bowls, cashew cheese rolls and other delicious Satvic recipes for them.

Then we took our little explorers to an animal farm, where they fed animals, made pottery, ran around and got completely lost in the day.

But somewhere in between all of this, something deeper happened.

Every day, we work from behind a camera. We make videos, finish to-do lists and keep building. And sometimes, we start feeling disconnected from the very people we are creating all of this for. The motivation begins to dip, and we just keep working for the sake of it.

Then we meet our community.
They hug us. They tell us how Satvic changed their lives. They tell us about workshops they attended or how they found our videos years ago. Some of these kids even told us they had watched our videos from five years ago and stopped eating packaged food because of them.

And when you see that real-life impact, every extra hour of work, every challenge we overcame, and every difficult situation in our journey suddenly feels worth it.

Because we get to see the actual impact this movement is creating in people's lives.

So internally, we decided that we want to continue having community days like these every month. Not just to give you a glimpse of Satvic, but to recharge and reignite our team with the spirit to build Satvic.
Because on the other side of the screen, it is easy to start working just for the sake of completing a to-do list.

But when we meet the people we do all this work for, the same work becomes like worship.

Not just working to achieve a target or finish a task, but to actually bring a little more health, happiness and a smile to people's lives. 💛

We've built Prakriti Project along with you from the very beginning, and it's been a while since we shared an update. So here's what's going on, including a part that's been difficult for us.

When we started, we wrote five rules on a whiteboard. One of them was: no plastic. We're breaking that one now, and we'd rather tell you ourselves than have you find out from a package at your door.

All the products we've launched so far - rice, wheat, millets, jaggery - we've managed with cornstarch and paper, and honestly, it's worked quite well. But nuts, seeds and spices are a different problem. Receiving 50g of turmeric in a small cornstarch bag is just a bad experience, and almonds and cashews don't stay fresh in them if they sit for a while. So for these, we're going with plastic pouches. We're not going to dress that up or find a nicer word for it. It's plastic, and it's not what we wanted.

Oils are the other one which is on our mind. As of now only 2% of bottles break in transit, and thus we are continuing in with glass bottles only. But glass is heavy, which makes shipping cost more, and the glass bottle itself adds to the price, so by virtue of the added expense, the product reaches fewer people. That defeats the whole purpose of starting this, and thus we do not know how long we can contiune glass.

This is where we need you. We've tried everything we could think of and we've hit a wall, so if you work in packaging, food science, exports or logistics, or you know someone who does, please tell us:
• Something that keeps 50-100-200g of spices and nuts fresh for six months or more on a shelf
• A genuinely compostable option that survives Indian courier transit and monsoon humidity
• A way to store and transport oil bottles that do not break and that doesn't double the shipping weight

Please respond in the comments. We'll be reading every single one of them. And if you'd like, you can join our new WhatsApp channel here:

Did you know more than 17 million Indian children are already affected by obesity?

That’s roughly the population of an entire Kolkata city.

But here’s the thing:

We can’t just tell children, “Stop eating junk food.”

So we thought:

What if we could give children all the junk foods they love – just made better?

That’s how the Satvic Kids Food Book came to life.

This book has 70+ healthy, nutritious versions of the foods children already love.

Because helping your child eat healthy shouldn’t mean taking away everything they enjoy.

Maybe the way we talk to ourselves deserves a little more intention too..

We spend so much time preparing for things that haven't even happened.

Replaying conversations.
Imagining awkward situations.
Planning for everything that could go wrong.

And somehow, we rarely give the same attention to the things we hope will go right.

But the good thing is, you can train your mind and learn how to control your thoughts before they overwhelm you.

If you feel ready to start your journey learning this, join our Master Your Mind workshop.

Our minds are incredibly quick to make up stories about people.

Someone doesn't smile at us → They're arrogant.

Someone snaps at us → They're rude.

Someone ignores us → They don't care.

But what if we paused before believing the story our mind created?

What if there was something going on that we simply couldn't see?

Mastering your mind isn't only about finding peace within yourself.

It's also learning to create a little space between what happens and how you choose to respond.

Are you ready to learn how to master your mind? If yes, then join us for the Master Your Mind Workshop.

Do you ever feel like saying “no” to junk food makes you the villain?

We heard something interesting from mothers while speaking to our community.

They want their children to eat healthy.

But they also don't want every chocolate, pizza, or packet of chips to become a moment where their child feels:

“Mumma always says no.”

And honestly, we understand.

Because healthy eating shouldn't mean taking away everything children enjoy.

What if you could give them the foods they love—just made differently?

That's exactly what we tried to do with the Satvic Kids Food Book.

70+ recipes inspired by foods children already love—from pizzas and burgers to noodles and desserts—made with wholesome ingredients.

So instead of constantly saying:

“No, you can't have that.”

You can have more moments of:

“Yes. Let's make that.”

If you'd like to get the Satvic Kids Food Book for your child, DM us "KIDS," and we'll send you the link.

You know what changed for me after I started practising yoga regularly?

Not the fact that I could hold a pose longer.

I started reacting differently.

I started pausing before responding.

I became more aware of my breath when things felt overwhelming.

And slowly, I realised...

Yoga wasn't staying on the mat.

It was following me into the rest of my life.

If you'd like to begin that journey, join us for Yoga Sadhana Beginner🧘🏻‍♀️
