Hey my beautiful friends, as we come to the end of October, I want to remind you of something, especially if you've been feeling a little overwhelmed lately, if your emotions have been all over the place, or if things have been happening in your life that you just can't seem to make sense of right now.

We're moving through a very intense period of energy, and I feel that some of us might be facing situations that really test us, whether it's something from the past coming back into our lives, unexpected changes, difficult conversations, or even those moments when you start questioning yourself, your decisions, and everything you've worked so hard to overcome.

And sometimes it's the little things that get to us the most, especially when we've already been carrying so much, trying to keep everything together, showing up for everyone else, and doing our best to stay positive even when things aren't going the way we hoped they would.

But I want you to remember how far you've come, because you've already made it through so many moments when you didn't know how things were going to work out, and even though you might not have all the answers right now, that doesn't mean you aren't moving in the right direction.

As these last few days of October unfold, try not to get caught up in everything happening around you, especially the things you have no control over, because sometimes the best thing we can do is slow down, take care of ourselves, and allow things to unfold without feeling like we have to figure everything out right away.

And please, TRUST YOUR INTUITION.

You know that feeling you get when something doesn't seem right, even though you can't explain why, or when something inside you keeps telling you to take a different direction, have that conversation, set that boundary, or simply give yourself more time before making a decision?

Pay attention to those feelings, because sometimes we get so busy listening to everyone else's opinions, worrying about what might happen, or trying to make the right choice that we forget to listen to ourselves.

You have grown, you've learned, and you've experienced things that have taught you more about yourself than you probably realize, so give yourself some credit for the person you've become and trust that you can handle whatever comes next, one day at a time.

Hey my beautiful friends, something BIG is happening energetically right now, and I want you to be aware of what we're moving through over the next three weeks!

Mercury retrograde, Venus retrograde, the Full Moon in Taurus, Scorpio Season, and with Halloween approaching, a time when the veil between worlds is traditionally believed to be thinner. That's a LOT of energy coming together at once, and I have a feeling many of us are going to be revisiting things we thought we had already moved past.

And when I say the past, I mean ALL kinds of past energy.

An old relationship, someone suddenly reaching out, a habit you thought you had broken, dreams about people you haven't seen in years, memories coming out of nowhere, old fears, limiting beliefs, unfinished conversations, or even a version of yourself that you worked so hard to grow beyond.

And here's something I really want you to understand. Just because something from your past comes knocking doesn't mean you have to open the door.

We might feel tested over these next few weeks, especially when it comes to our relationships, communication, boundaries, self worth, and the choices we're making for our future. But remember, we've been through so much already, and we have wisdom today that we didn't have back then.

You are so much stronger than the version of yourself who first went through those experiences.

This is an opportunity to stay centered, observe what's coming up, listen to your intuition, and consciously choose what deserves a place in your life moving forward.

Hey my beautiful friends, I am so fricken proud of you, and I really hope you take a moment today to look at how far you've come, because I have a feeling some of you haven't given yourselves nearly enough credit for everything you've been through.
