Some places deserve more than just one season. 🌿
Monsoon definitely makes these places magical, but honestly, why wait for the rains? If you’re in Pune, these escapes are worth exploring whenever you get the chance.
📍 Andharban Forest Trail — ~70 km from Pune | A beautiful forest trail through the Sahyadris, especially unreal when everything turns green.
📍 Kailasgad / Mulshi Dam Viewpoint — ~80 km | A short hike leading to a hidden viewpoint overlooking the massive Mulshi backwaters.
📍 Matheran — ~120 km | A vehicle-free hill station with forest trails, viewpoints and old-school mountain vibes.
📍 Lavasa — ~60 km | A scenic drive from Pune with colourful lakeside streets surrounded by the Sahyadris.
📍 Kalu Waterfall, Malshej Ghat — ~130 km | A massive waterfall hidden deep in the mountains and one of the most dramatic sights during monsoon.
