Today, I did something I’d never thought to try before. I was playing through Metropolis on Legendary, and had my five Marine allies with me in the tunnel as per usual. Loaded them up with Beam Rifles as ya do…and then when Stacker said he could use me on the gun, I actually tried to see how long I could last on the gun with my Marines handling the Jackal Snipers.
Turns out, it was ALL THE WAY TO THE BUILDING WHERE YOU MEET UP WITH PEREZ AND SGT BANKS!! Not deathless mind you, but still, I did the whole thing just shooting as much as I could while the A.I. drove me around. On Legendary. And it worked!!
Couple weeks ago I posted a video of myself skiing down Kodiak. This is what it looks like from the bottom looking up. It’s no black diamond, but it’s not nearly as flat as the Go Pro makes it look.
Got some Legos just because. Not a terribly expensive or detailed set, and builds two models.
One of the things I really enjoy about playing with Legos as an adult is knolling out a set before I begin building. It extends the amount of time I spend playing with a set before it sits on a shelf collecting dust, and is just downright satisfying.
For those unfamiliar, knolling is basically when you take all of the pieces and lay them out flat such that no two pieces are on top of each other. There are no real rules for knolling, but my personal preference is to group like-pieces together, and then also sort (roughly) by color.
Total building time for this $30 set was about 3 hours knolling, and about an hour for each car.
