#Scotland: Racist Thug Rips Off Muslim Schoolgirl’s Hijab!
A Muslim schoolgirl had her Hijab ripped off and called a Pak* in a racist attack from the father of another pupil at a secondary school in Glasgow.
ReportHate.scot reported the attack:
"My child told me a girl at her high school who wears a hijab was attacked by another pupil's parent. He called her a f****** p*** and pulled her hijab off.
Now, a video of her, with her hijab off, is being passed around the school. Children are calling her the P-word.
Glasgow. She is a child. A girl at the school, who wears a hijab, was attacked by the parent of another pupil. He called her a “f***ing p***” and pulled her hijab off.
It did not end there. A video of the incident, showing her with her hijab removed, is now being passed around the school. Other children have started calling her “p***”."She is a child. She was attacked by an adult because of her faith and the colour of her skin. Then the moment she was most exposed was filmed and turned into something to share and laugh at. Every time that video is forwarded, the harm happens again.”

A Sri Lankan Hindu worker has been sentenced to death in Saudi Arabia over a derogatory Facebook post about Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
While living in Saudi Arabia, Sivarasa Anojan wrote derogatory remarks about Islam and Prophet Muhammad. The comment later went viral. It came to the attention of Saudi authorities, leading to his arrest.
Anojan had initially been sentenced by the Al-Ahsa Criminal Court to five years in prison and a fine of three million Saudi Riyals. The sentence was later increased to capital punishment after the Saudi prosecution appealed against the original ruling.
Anojan travelled to Saudi Arabia for work in September 2025 and was arrested on July 2, 2026, according to Foreign Minister Vijitha Herath's account to the Sri Lankan Parliament.
Muslim preacher, Munir Farooqi, has died in prison, his family announced today.
Munir Farooqi was a father of five from Manchester and a familiar figure on the city’s da’wah scene. He ran a stall in the city centre, distributing Islamic literature and speaking to passers-by about Islam.
Between 2008 and 2009, two undercover police officers approached Farooqi through the Dawah stall. Posing as men interested in Islam and even pretending to convert to the religion, they spent about a year meeting him and secretly recording conversations in his home, in cars and elsewhere. Prosecutors argued that Farooqi had sought to encourage them to fight in Pakistan or Afghanistan.
Farooqi denied all criminal wrongdoing, arguing there was no intent, no weapons and no plot.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE FAMILY OF MUNIR FAROOQI - 27 September 2026
*NEVER say that those martyred in the cause of Allah are dead—in fact, they are alive! But you do not perceive it._*
إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ
Verily to Allah we belong and to Allah we return.
We say the same words as our Leader Nabi Muhammad ﷺ said upon the passing of His beloved son Ibrahim r.a, "Verily, the eyes shed tears and the heart is grieved, yet we will not say anything but what is pleasing to our Lord..."
Alhamdulilah it is with immense honour and grace of Allah swt that we announce the passing of one of the greatest esteemed Giants of our time, the Da'ee, Ghazi & Mujahid, Munir Ahmed Farooqi from Manchester, England, UK.
He is a man who made immense sacrifices for the sake of Allah azowjal and for the ummah in his lifetime.
A man through whom thousands have been guided back to Islam throughout his 17 years of incarceration and beyond.
He is the icon of unwaivering steadfastness upon the path of Allah azowjal in today's time. A man incredibly disciplined, principled and God conscious who never compromised the truth in order to favour himself or hasten his release.
A man who has been tortured in immeasurable ways through the corrupt wordly systems to the point he lost his sight, limbs through amputations, his hearing, his health, and his strength overall all on the path of Allah swt. We cannot begin to imagine how great His eternal reward will be in return insha'Allah. Allahu Akbar!
We seek the ultimate justice from Allah swt alone for our dear father/husband Munir Farooqi on the Day of Judgement, the day which these same oppressors and transgressors continuously deny.
May Allah swt be pleased with Munir Farooqi and us, his family. May He swt accept all the sacrifices and patience, and continue to find us patient on the path our Beloved Rabb has chosen for us as His servants. Ameen.
Duas requested for ease in the release of the body of the great shaheed, so the janazah arrangements can be made ASAP.
Please pray Al Fatiha & Al-Yasin for the shaheed Munir Farooqi and all the believers who have passed away.
Also a kind request during this time to ensure you never forget those who are on the path of Allah swt. Allow this news to be the means of you promising yourself to support them and assist the plight of Muslim prisoners and the supporters of the Truth, in any way you can. Make this promise a means of sadaqa jariya for our dear Munir Farooqi inshaAllah.
Any messages of support welcome to be sent to free_munir@outlook.com
May Allah swt bless you and your families and protect you all from all harm. Ameen.
⚠️ Former Guantanamo detainee Shaker Aamer detained by Turkish authorities
CAGE appeals to the Turkish authorities to halt the deportation of Shaker Aamer, release him from detention, and allow him to regularise his residency so he can remain in Türkiye with his wife and young child.
Shaker Aamer spent nearly 14 years in US custody, most of them at Guantanamo Bay, without charge or trial. He was cleared for release twice, tortured throughout, and finally freed in 2015 after a sustained international campaign.
Now, more than a decade after his release, he is again being detained without charge. Turkish authorities have refused to renew his residence permit and placed a G-87 restriction code on him, despite there being no criminal investigation or prosecution against him in Türkiye. The shocking and disturbing fact is that the detention according to his lawyers is based on data originating from the United States, the same state that held him for over a decade without ever making a case against him. He is currently held at the Binkılıç Removal Centre facing deportation.
Shaker has built a life in #Türkiye. He is married and is the father of a three-year-old child, and deportation would separate him from his family permanently.
They mocked the images of him shouting without ever telling his story!
This is Shakeel Ahmad Bhat, whose images have been used by some anti-Islam figures as objects of ridicule. They portrayed him as a symbol of Islamic anger and extremism, and his image was printed on clothing, mugs, and other products bearing insulting slogans.
But behind this face is a human being, a family, and a story that deserves to be known.
Shakeel is a Kashmiri activist who advocates for the rights of Muslims in Kashmir, who have faced severe forms of persecution, including the closure of mosques, killings, and arrests, since 1947.
In media interviews, he described how he was tortured and subjected to electric shocks while in detention. He also said that an injury to his arm left him unable to carry things, forcing him to depend on his brothers for financial support.
His sister was brutally treated during a security raid on the family home. According to writer Patrick French, she was thrown from a window, breaking her spine. She died years later while still a young woman.
His father was beaten so severely that his leg was broken, leaving him bedridden for the rest of his life.
Then, in June 2020, his brother Hilal died while Shakeel was imprisoned and separated from his family.
So what was he actually shouting about in the two widely circulated photographs?
In the upper photograph, taken on 19 June 2007, he was participating in a funeral procession and chanting slogans in support of Kashmiri independence.
In the lower photograph, taken on 22 June 2007, Shakeel was taking part in a demonstration protesting the British Queen’s decision to confer a knighthood on Salman Rushdie in recognition of his literary “achievements,” which included writing a book regarded by the protesters as an attack on our Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
Each photograph, therefore, belongs to a particular occasion and reflects a particular stance. They are not simply images of an angry face devoid of context.
The persecution suffered by Shakeel and his family takes place with the complicity of the international system, whose media apparatus then uses Shakeel’s image as a means of mockery, ridicule, and alienation.
Imagine how vile it would be for thugs to storm your home and subject you to terrible abuse, then photograph you as you cry out in anguish and pain, only to circulate that image afterward in order to turn people against you and make you an object of ridicule.
There is a lesson in this for us: to love our brothers in faith, to feel their pain, and to understand that the dust beneath their feet is better than those who mock them—people whose outward appearances may seem polished and attractive, while concealing malice, spite, and an absence of morality.
