The Docket View
Judge Fleischer hasn't been on for docket in over a week. The only time was for the trial. I had this feeling last week but waited till today to say it. I feel like we are back again with him not showing docket for comments again. I can't think of another good reason for only showing the trial. I just wanted to mention it when people wonder why he isn't being shown and that is not my decision. If he doesn't come back soon then I am thinking of covering Simpson also since Boyd is gone at the end of the year. Sad we lost 2 judges in 1 year.
