@FinMinIndia puts 28% tax on Many essential items calling them luxury, i have a very simple take on this. any items classified as luxury under 28%, govt employees and politicians should not be able to buy from Govt money. they can buy from their personal expense, but surely govt coffers are not for luxury items.
