Big games, honest opinions, and what changes when you take them portable.
I make firsthand reviews, personal gaming essays, trailer and systems deep dives, and “How It Actually Runs” gameplay showcases—often through the practical lens of Switch 2.
Expect ambitious RPGs, major third-party games, and a weekly look at the gaming stories worth talking about. I separate what I played, what the footage actually proves, and what still needs testing.

Best way to play is on a 55" screen on your desk so every last pixel can be burned into your eyes so you can see WoW Forever.

Valheim's aesthetic is underrated. The use of lighting and color is just insane, even if the character looks like a walking chicken nugget.

Oblivion on Switch 2 is good news wrapped in a rough port.
Interiors can look genuinely great. Outdoors, image quality drops and frame drops are frequent—even docked. Combat makes it worse, and my game repeatedly crashed at the same point inside the Kvatch Oblivion Gate.
The game is still fun, and seeing Oblivion reach Nintendo hardware is encouraging. But after a few hours, it mostly made me want to play Skyrim on Switch 2 again.
Buy this version if portable Oblivion matters more than consistent performance.
