i know it probably sounds a bit cliche, but this is a really important release for me. i’ve been working on it for around a year and a half, constantly changing the concept, doubting it, rebuilding things and trying to understand what i actually wanted it to become :)
but i’m so happy that finally i can show you all the skills, ideas and experiments that have been sitting on my hard drive for way too long 💚

this song is about the point where the internet stopped feeling like a safe place for me and i started looking for myself somewhere beyond the screen.
we spent almost a week filming the music video in Japan, traveling to different places every single day and trying to capture that feeling of escaping the internet and returning to real life 🌐︎
the internet used to feel like a safe place where i could discover music, connect with people and find myself but over time that feeling slowly changed. after growing apart from people i once considered close and experiencing more and more disappointment online, i started looking for myself somewhere beyond the screen <3 #internetisnotsafe
