I was in high school when 9/11 happened.

The initial patriotism was almost real, but it was temporary and it quickly became a political blank check for a 21 year war.

The recession and wider insecurity helped cement that mood.

Christopher_Hitchens voluntarily being water_boarded years later showed how distorted the debate had become: it took first hand experience for even a prominent war hawk to state plainly that water boarding was always torture.

You are smart and pretty, and I don’t say that lightly. But I need to be honest: I can’t save you from your situation, and it isn’t fair to either of us to pretend I can.

As it is, I’m barely holding my own. I’m a man-child in many ways, struggling to stay employed as it is.

Every year I have to renew trade-school certifications and car paper work just to qualify for the bare minimum. No one hires any one just for showing up anymore—not even actors, who still have to spend money on promoters to keep their “niche talents” in front of the right people.

I don’t have the stability, resources, or emotional bandwidth to be the person you might need me to be. Staying together would mean pretending I’m more capable than I am, and that’s not respect—that’s delay.

I care about you, but I need to step back and focus on getting my own life in order. You deserve some one who can actually show up for you, not just promise to.

They are unintentionally turning manlets into the hostile fascists they claimed to be the victims of.

In scenarios like this , it proves that bullying incels can some times go in both directions & none of these directions are harming billionaire scammers who profit from this disconnect .
