The truth is that over 84% of agents have closed 0 deals in the first 7 months of 2026 and another 13% less than 4! The reason I’m telling you this information is because EXPERIENCE is everything. When the barrier to entry in this industry is so low and most Americans only buy 2 homes in their lifetime chances are they are dealing with someone inexperienced that can hurt their experience and long term perspective of agents.
