Over the weekend I picked up this book, in which this photograph of the Talyllyn Railway’s Sir Haydn is featured.

Look familiar?

I think I’ve just found the basis for the penultimate illustration Old Faithful. Something that backs this claim up is that this photo was taken by John Adams, who was credited for the illustration of Talyllyn on the final page of Little Old Twins.

Another post about something I don’t normally do but I thought this idea of mine was too good not to do a post about.

Here is my take on the pannier tank engine who succeeded Duck as Tidmouth station pilot in the Railway Series.

“Teal” a 64xx class

Like Duck, she is named after a waterfowl and as her name is also a colour, why not have her be painted it?

‪@OhTheIndignity‬ Here are the customs I’m submitting for your video. First is a OO9 Rheneas (missing his name and number plates but is otherwise complete) and a Stuart (based on Rev Awdry’s model), both made from Fourdees kits.

Next are two Mid Sodor coaches, one based on how they appear in the book and the other on Revs model. And finally is what I call the Toad Stands By set - Rickety, Fred Pelhay/m and the ULP van.

I don’t expect you to shoutout all of these but i hope you like them :)

Hey everyone just thought I’d do a post to thank you for getting the channel to 1400 subscribers and for the epic response to the Thomas meme video. Glad you all like it because I had a boat load of fun making it 😁

Also I went to both the Dean Forest Railway and the Perrygrove Railway today which was great fun and at the DFR there were knock off wooden railway toys placed around the museum there so I thought I’d upload some photos of those too
