Little lifehack I discovered while journaling for a new chapter of my life, manifestation, and abundance: My logical brain got busy following the lyrics, while the right words started coming to the page so naturally and effortlessly.
It felt less like trying to “figure out” what to write and more like letting the thoughts surface on their own.
I honestly did not expect that because I usually assumed music would interrupt the journalling process.
