As a former member of the Jamaican 🇯🇲 Constabulary Force and a former Detective Constable stationed at Hunts Bay Police Station, Kingston 11, I've seen that the 🇯🇲 criminals have been enjoying protection from the PNP government from as far as 1991 by chipping away the power of the 🇯🇲 Police. Under the PNP administration led by former Prime Minister P. J. Patterson, the criminals got emboldened and the license to commit the crime with impunity as if they had immunity. And thus, one of the country's most massive extortionist gang names," CLANSMAN" from Spanish Town, St. Catherine, was given comfort, financial support, and protection from the government. By providing a contract for Highway 2000 for $400 million to a man who was the most wanted man by the 🇯🇲 Police for various crimes, including murders, robberies, rapes, buggery, et al. name Donovan" Bulbie" Bennett, was a PNP thug. In May 2010, we witnessed Christopher" Dudus" Coke challenges the Jamaican government with his militia.
