In astrology, Ketu is a headless shadow.
Think about what that actually means: Ketu has no eyes, no ears, no tongue. It completely lacks the five physical senses. When an energy cannot "sense" the physical world, it struggles to anchor itself. It just floats.
This is why people with a prominent Ketu often feel lost, disconnected from material reality, or deeply detached from the people around them. In Nadi principles, Ketu represents the spine (the sushumna channel) and the deep roots of our past-life karmas. But because Ketu lacks those physical senses, it desperately needs grounding.
