I’m leaving China on a very productive trip. I have tons and tons and tons of video stories to tell on the channel that I will be delivering over the course of probably in the next few months and when I got my ticket from the counter, the boy at the counter was super nervous and said “I watch your videos!” What a great sendoff.

I realize that I haven’t posted much recently. I’ve been sort of on a mission to get to a point of health that I haven’t been in for a very long time and I’ve been focused on some other business things. I will be back It’s just gonna take a little time but today is my birthday. I am 47 years young and I have hit a milestone. I told myself I wanted to be under 90 kg by my birthday and I hit the mark!! I’ll tell you more about that later, but right now, I appreciate you all and I will see you soon.

Hey guys, how’s it going? I’ve just landed in Palm Springs about two months removed from the videos that you’re watching currently. I was invited to Palm Springs to visit Tri-a-bike and the crew there to ride around this beautiful sunny,…. not snowy…. area and I said “hell yeah!” so after I finish up the videos of my ride in Europe, you’ll see me riding in Palm Springs. You will start seeing the trip me and Granden took from Prague to Vienna... this was his channel taking a walk tru a castle we stopped at on the side of the road. he walked thru with his 360 camera.. It's awesome to see it at this perspective.

Hey friends! Hope you are all doing well and whether you celebrate or not, give thanks to what you have in this world. Im rolling out the van and trike tour episodes pretty regularly, and appreciate you all for sharing them with me. I have about 8 more until the tour wraps up for now and we all head to europe to cycle around Czechia and Austria for the 25th anniversary of AZUB. So look forward to that.
