Finally self caring and only responsible for me, myself and I after 55 years of abuse and gaslighting with pituitary stalk interruption syndrome, occipital neuralgia from 10 yrs old and congenital talipes equinovarus ( club feet - worst case at 1980 age 9. Had to be in hospital bed with plasters on both feet ft toes up to hips and wheelchair bound for recovery then learning to walk on feet they broke bones in feet, chisel bones, fuse two toes together and surgical staples in heel bone /calcanae and told to only walk. NO running, jumping, hopping or skipping allowed
Had read book “I can jump puddles” about a boy with polio learning to jump puddles so could I with my new feet.
I also chased baby lamb age 10 for 20 minutes only to catch it when it gave up and I was proud 😃
In 2017 I walked 10 km walk from Maria island ferry terminal to painted cliffs and back with @adrenaline unrestricted personal trainer.
These purple power boots 3D mapped to my feet 👣 🎶are made for walking, and that’s just what they’ll do. One of these days these boots are gunna walk all over you. Keep walking 🎶
