It's still so dark outside here this morning as I'm writing this ...

The Equinox now one week from today... and the energy is already building as the days grow shorter and closer and closer to the moment of equal balance.

Balance is a beautiful thing to be invited into... though it can be a hard thing to actually feel right now.

Because we don't always just observe energy.

We sometimes absorb it too.

The mood in the room. The worry that isn't ours. The heaviness we picked up somewhere between waking and lunch, and then carried the rest of the day.

If you're especially sensitive, you feel this more than most... and this is usually what people are noticing when they wonder whether they might be an empath.

But it is not only an empath experience.

We are all far more porous than we realize. And here is what the angels have shown me about true spiritual cleansing... It works in two directions.

Release what was never yours to carry. Reclaim what is.

Which is its own kind of balance... and it is exactly what this week of the year is asking for.

So today I want to share a 10 minute morning energy cleanse with you, channeled with the angels of cleansing light for exactly this.

Did you notice the date today?

9/9.

In angel number terms, nine carries the energy of completion, wisdom, and spiritual fulfillment... a cycle of life ending, and making way for a new one to begin.

9/9 today is a beautiful signpost for exactly where we are now.

After the eclipses. After so much falling away. Heading into the year's turning at the equinox.

Release, let go, stay present, trust and be willing.

And allow yourself to relax, go within, and open to receive the guidance and support that is here for you now.

Because with completion, the wheel turns... and you now have the opportunity for something new.

The energy feels different here this morning... can you feel it?

Quieter. Softer.

Here in the forest where I am, the pull of Autumn is showing itself all through my garden...

And after these intense weeks of eclipse energy, that gentle quiet is exactly what's being called for.

This is the moment to breathe.

Because eclipse energies don't end at the eclipse... what was set in motion in these weeks will keep unfolding for months to come.

These two eclipses have been purging the old and unnecessary from deep within the psyche... clearing the inner space where something new can now enter.

So there is nothing you need to force now. Nothing to figure out today.

This weekend, simply let it all land...

That might look like resting more than you usually would.

Going out in nature... sitting underneath a tree... grounding your feet in the bare soil... letting the natural light reach your eyes.

Being gentle with yourself.

Or... it may be a good time to move. Go for a walk... stretch... dance... swim... Allowing any stirred-up emotional energy to move and circulate through you.

And if you feel called to reflect, journal on this:

What released in me through this cycle... and what feels like it is just beginning?

What is life asking of me now?

What is the work that is mine to do now?

You don't need the full answers today.

​​The answers will keep arriving as you reflect.

​​For now... trust the process.

​​The path ahead isn't meant to be entirely clear just yet.​

May every old door that no longer serves you close gently behind you...

And may new doors of possibility, growth, and opportunity open wide before you.

Full Moon Eclipse Tonight! 🌘

The Full Moon Lunar Eclipse peaks tonight and into the early morning hours tomorrow, completing the powerful eclipse cycle.

Tonight, the Full Moon rises and turns a deep copper red... And tonight is the release point of this whole Gateway.

Everything that has been surfacing these past two weeks... the endings, the sudden shifts, the old timelines and stories falling away...

Tonight, the eclipse sets the stage for you to consciously let it all go.

It's the perfect night for a simple ceremony of conscious release... to drop your baggage and start traveling lighter.

Because eclipse energy makes everything feel more significant... and in a way, it is.

August Full Moon Lunar Eclipse ~ 3 Things You Need to Know!

This Thursday night, August 27th, into the early morning of August 28th... we have the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse.

This is the culmination of the eclipse cycle that opened with the Lion's Gate and the Total Solar Eclipse on August 12th... and it's a big one.

At the peak, about 96% of the Moon's surface will be covered by Earth's shadow.

So although this is technically a partial eclipse, it will look and feel nearly total... the Sturgeon Full Moon glowing a deep copper red, with just a tiny bright sliver along one edge.

But here's the thing to know about the energy...

We're shifting timelines a lot right now.

So if these recent days have felt chaotic... or whole areas of your life feel like they're collapsing or falling away... this eclipse is likely part of why.

Because new trajectories and new pathways are opening for you now...

At the same time, old timelines, old stories, and old narratives are completely falling away.
