🇺🇸Cutting and cooking meat with my German Shepherd side kick, at least that's how it started. I am a career butcher who has occupied all positions associated with the industry. Meat processing videos will always be my go to, but since starting this channel I have branched out into a more eclectic mix of home processing, cooking and recipes, dog training and commenting on and reviewing almost everything. I believe in saving a buck by doing it yourself, and that a day spent outside barbecuing with the dogs is a perfect day. I have never been technologically inclined or up on the latest trends so you might not find me on the typical shared algorithm, but if you are here reading this I am honored. Whether you are a meat enthusiast, a dog enthusiast, trying to save a buck, or improve upon your methods, I am constantly experimenting and sharing my findings with you.
