Suffolk County Transit has announced plans to make service changes which include elimination of Routes 56, 77, and 77Y (to be replaced by new On-Demand Zones) and the redesign of the S110 Suffolk Clipper. The changes are scheduled to take effect this Fall 2026.

If anyone out here takes Suffolk County Transit, please help spread the word!
Through my observations so far, new SCT Bus stops are continuing to be added across Suffolk County. Routes 1 through 17 should be done as they’re working on installing the ones for the 51 at this time, and they continue so on for the rest of the other routes.
