Many truck stop gas stations have free potable water available at the truck fuel pumps. It’s a great way to fill your fresh water tank before boondocking.
⚠️ One important tip: Always call the location first to make sure they have potable water available and that RVs are allowed to use it, since it can vary from one location to another.

We stayed at two awesome free boondocking spots in Central Florida—DuPuis Campground and the Hampton Tract! 🌿☀️
Florida offers tons of free boondocking options if you know where to look. Most require a reservation and can be made 30 days in advance, and stays are typically limited to 7 days total. But trust us—it’s worth planning ahead!
These spots are surrounded by beautiful nature, with great hiking trails, wildlife, and peaceful views just steps from your RV. 🥾🌴🦆
