🌀 Hello, Wild Hearts, how are you? I just released my new meditation, created to soothe the soul and bring peace to the heart. This week has been an emotional wave, and through it all, I received a lovely channeling that became the foundation for this meditation.

Hello Beautiful Wild Heart,

Tonight is the beautiful New Moon in Virgo 🌑 and I keep thinking about the wisdom of the bumblebee. 🐝

She does not visit every flower. She knows where the nectar is, reminding us that devotion isn’t about doing everything or carrying everything. It’s about discernment, knowing what is ours to tend and what we can lovingly release.

Beautiful Wild Heart,

Sometimes I can feel breathless, and I wonder why.

I pause, and I notice a pressure, like it's coming from somewhere outside me, someone standing behind me pushing me to do more, more with the animals here at the farm, more with the foundation, and so on. Then I have to smile, because I realize that someone is me.

As my father made his sacred journey back to the love and light a few days ago, I have, as always, turned to nature to be my teacher, my support, and my guide.

This new moon sits in Virgo, the sign that asks us to look closely at what is real and tend it with care, to sort the harvest from the season that has passed. It is a fitting sky for what we are about to do together.

In our release tonight, your guide will be the bumblebee. Her medicine teaches tremendous wisdom, and one of the greatest is the discernment to know what to do, and what not to hold.

🕊️🌿 Beautiful Wild Hearts, lately I have found myself gazing at the sky, seeking comfort.

I have been leaning into nature, asking her to soothe me and remind me of the magic of life. And somewhere in that seeking, I became aware of the geese flying over my parents' home, and it gifted me comfort.

Every year, hundreds of them fly over Amitola Care Farm. I watch as they form their great V shapes, joining one another in the sky until many become one.

Over this past year, I have shared a little of my father's health struggles. There is something bittersweet. What a privilege it is to care for our parents, and at the same time it is unfamiliar, the idea that one day they will not be here in the physical for hugs and all the moments we love to share.

It has been deeply challenging for us as a family to witness Dad slowly become more dependent upon those around him. One I wish I had the power to change for him.

As I care for Dad at home alongside my sisters and family, my creativity gifts me comfort. Those of you living through similar caregiving seasons will know firsthand the emotions they carry. We do not wish for our loved ones to journey home, and yet we do not wish for them to suffer. Nature teaches us so beautifully of seasons, and as we move into late summer, I am reminded once more. And so let us hold our loved ones in our hearts and radiate out love to all those that need to feel supported.

As Agape teaches so beautifully, accepting what is can gift us freedom. Whatever may be presenting itself, we have the opportunity to ask: What is here for me?

And so, as I stood gazing upwards at the geese, I turned and noticed the heavily laden fuchsia rose bush beside me. Then the holly tree, sitting quietly in the corner, already preparing its berries for the coming winter.

I had been seeking nature.

And suddenly, I wondered: or is nature always seeking me?

Perhaps she is forever reaching towards us, whispering through wings, oceans, blossoms and changing seasons: come closer. There is something here for you to remember.

And so I decided to explore the magic of the Great Migration, and how its ancient wisdom moves through our own lives. Of course, I have brought some fabulous animal medicine teachers along for our journey.

If you fancy flying with the geese, crossing the ancient earth with the elephants, gliding through the ocean with the manta rays and singing beneath the waves with the whales, I would love you to join me.

Hello Beautiful Wild Heart,

I have been thinking a lot about seasons this morning; perhaps because life feels very present for me right now, being here in the UK with Dad, and noticing how quickly the things we thought were urgent can become very small when someone we love needs us.

And then I found myself thinking about the birds.

Before they begin their great migrations, something changes. The light, the air, the weather, something within their own bodies begins to know.

They do not have the whole journey laid out in front of them. They simply respond to what the season is asking of them now.

There is something in that I find incredibly beautiful.

We spend so much time wanting to know what comes next, when perhaps there are moments when the deeper wisdom is simply knowing whether today is asking us to move, to wait, to rest, to stay close, or to let someone else carry the wind for a while.

Maybe you are in one of those seasons too.

What is life asking of you right now, not next month, not when everything is figured out, but today?

It has been quite a week, having to cut short my time in LA to come home to the UK to be with family, heart full from celebrating Agape's 2026 graduates in LA; more on that soon, and heart a little heavy to say the least, witnessing Dad struggle.
